From: Boli Hi Bob, I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Years. I was sent some pics a few days ago taken at Markham Park last month at the Christmas Fun Fly. Anne (my wife) and the baby (Marley) came down to watch and hang out. Marley just loves watching the jets fly, so maybe one day soon I will be ordering a pink BobCat. Take care and see you at Florida Jets... Boli Muentes

Roger Perrett Hi Patty, Attached is a photo of 3 Bob Cats and my Bandit, taken at our New Zealand Jet meet in Tokoroa 2 weeks ago. And yes, that is David Gladwin on the right, still flying his Bobcat which like my Bandit is easy to travel with. He sends regards to you guys. And I saw Jason's Kingcat on Sunday. Looks very nice and he is doing a great job of the assembly. (But, for me at least, I still prefer the product that you make in Florida.) Kind Regards from Roger Perrett (and Alli)

Hi Patty
I'm happy to report that I am now
the happy owner of a BVM BOBCAT here in The Netherlands.
After a three month build today was the maiden flight of the
Bobcat. With the first flight dialing the bobcat in. The
second flight it was flying on rails. What a shear joy to fly.
Power is from a P80SE and servo's used was al jr servo's as per
manual. It's the first BVM kit I have built and the manual
is the best I have seen .

Hi
Bob, Just thought I would shoot you a mail of my new Bobcat ARF.
This is my 4th Bobcat in a row, and flies just as well as the
three before it.
The photo was taken at the recent Jets over Dubai where I
picked up a Sport Jet award. The Bobcat is perfect for me as I
can pack it into a small box and take it as airline luggage.
Unpack it and put on a impressive display with a simple,
reliable model that always gets plenty of attention wherever it
shows.
Thanks again for another great product.
Regards Al

Hi Patty,
From: Steve Burnett Bob, After 6 flights on my new Bobcat, I felt compelled to write a note to tell you how impressed I am. I can't think of any other jet that combines all the aspects of the Bobcat. Simple to set up, Fast and Aerobatic yet very stable and lands so slow. What a great design and the quality can't be touched. I also wanted to tell you what an outstanding job Dustin did. He went far beyond my expectations and I have to say what a great benefit he must be to your company. Looking forward to that new Bandit in the matching scheme. Thanks,
Steve's Phantom is shown in perfect form for landing.

To: Patty Sent: Wednesday, August 06, 2008 1:25 PM Subject: Composite Bobcat photos Hey Guys,
I picked up a new Composite BobCat at
Florida Jets earlier this year and finally have it completed.
The BobCat was a blast to build and became a family project with
my wife Susan and 3 year old daughter Isabella at my side each
evening helping with sanding, attaching servos and paint/prep
work, assembling bombs, etc. until our BobCat named "Little Izzy"
was finished. We decided that a Desert Camo Scheme would help
with visibility and it certainly does! It is fitted with a
JetCat P-70 and top speed is nearly 190mph. We installed a
centerline smoke tank for smoking up the skies and a BVM Bomb
drop system. It also has many scale goodies such as Pro-Mark
Graphics, a scale cockpit, pitot tubes, refueling probe,
antennas and much more! It truly flies like a trainer even with
the additional 'external' weight. We are having so much fun with
it and get many compliments at every event we attend. I highly
recommend this aircraft to anyone wishing to step into jets
after mastering a fast prop plane.
Sincerely,
Patrick Frost

From: Darryl Tarr Hello Patty, Kind regards, Dustin Buescher, Barry West and Albert Mangual are all smiles after another successful afternoon at the local RCACF club field (Apopka, FL). Albert enlisted the building skills of Barry West and the flying assistance of Dustin Buescher to obtain his turbine waiver. Since then, he is out enjoying his BobCat almost every weekend.
Wojtek and Micah Iwanczyk
of Old Bridge, NJ pose with dad's new custom painted Bobcat Composite. The model
was painted by Chip of U Fly Hobbies in New Jersey and he spent some serious
time airbrushing and detailing this BobCat.
Nir Schweizer of Maryland is enjoying his BobCat composite that he purchased through local BVM dealer G.P. Aircraft in Crofton, MD. As you can tell by the photo, Nir is definitely logging some flight time on his new BVM jet. This very attractive and effective paint schemed BobCat belongs to Dawn Ellzey of Grand Prairie, Texas. Dawn logged 14 flights on the first outing with the BobCat Composite. BVM utilizes Dawn's travel agency for all of our traveling needs - www.midwaytravel.com. You can reach her at (800) 527-1630.
Paul Lott of Ridgeland, Mississippi sent in this photo of his P-120 powered BobCat Composite on a low fly-by. Paul says the more he flies the model, the more he enjoys it! |
