  EVF 6416 For a 16 cell system
The EVF 6416 system in an Electra is a very high performance package. Straight and level 200mph passes and vertical climbs to the limit of sight are the norm. Because the Electra is so aerodynamically efficient, power off downwind passes and turnarounds allow 6+ minute flights from the (4) 30c EVO 4s 1p 4500mah matched cells. (BVM# E0500-41). The size and shape of these cells also allow their use in other electric models. No Spark Connection The new Castle Creations SHV 110 Compact controller handles the 16 cells very efficiently with no sparking during the connection process. BVM worked closely with Castle Creations during the past several month's, bench and flight testing the "compact" to get it "just right" for use with our high voltage systems. We do recommend a throttle-to-throttle mix with a -35% "mix on" reduction to be used for a more normal flight routine, similar to the EVF 5012. This would allow the system to pull about 85-90 amps at full throttle vs. about 110 amps in the "mix off" position. Installation losses will vary with the inlet and thrust tube configuration. This offers you the best of both worlds, extended flight time but with "blistering" performance when you select it. Recommend primarily for show off Electra Jets. Price:$1,695.00 less batteries |
