BVM Mixture Control
Designed and manufactured by Bob Violett Models, our mixture control is made to extremely tight tolerances to provide the most accurate fuel delivery with excellent long-wear life.

Our mixture control works fine with any engine, and it will easily pay for itself by preventing the consequence of ruined engines due to lean runs.

With an extra channel, we set the control for maximum power for takeoff, especially from a grass field - when the gear and flaps are up, dial the mixture to a safe rich setting and then about half way through the flight, dial the mixture a bit richer to allow for the lower head pressure in the tanks that results from burning off some fuel.

For show-off maximum vertical climbs or high speed runs, you can tune the mixture as desired. Just remember, the life of the engine can be lengthened considerably by keeping the mixture on the slightly rich side.
