To afford this photographer/pilot a bit more flying time, we tried something different at Liberty Bell 2010.  Why not gather all the pilots and planes together at one time and go for a group photo?
We appreciate the efforts of this happy group of jet flyers to help us stage and photograph about 95% of the BVM and Skymaster jets that made this year's event so successful.

Mike and Cindy Lesher, along with a few of their close friends and relatives plan and produce this very special event at the privately owned Donegal airport.  The picturesque Pennsylvania agricultural setting and near perfect weather for 4 days afforded more than ample opportunity for serious jet pilots to fly, fly, fly!

My personal efforts lately have necessarily concentrated on promoting BVM's electric powered jets.  I do however, fly at least one turbine model per meeting just to stay "current".
The Grumman/BAE Goshawk is our Navy/Marine Jet Trainer and Skymaster's 1:4.75 scale replica absolutely flies and lands accordingly.  It is an excellent airframe with a superbly engineered and manufactured landing gear, and, BVM has a supplementary instructions and parts package that enhances the assembly and gearing up process.
See Hawk accessories for details.

Our thanks again to Mike and Cindy for making our thousand mile road trip so rewarding.
