CUSTOMER SERVICE - HOURS OF OPERATION It's your hobby and our business. Your success with BVM products is important to both of us. So when you call BVM during regular business hours, you get a real person on the phone - not a recorded voice and directory. Our office staff will direct your inquiry to one of our technical service people. If the best person to answer your question about a BVM product is not immediately available, we will return your call when he is. Limits of Information Our staff is very experienced with products that we manufacture and sell. Please understand that our information services are limited to BVM products. While BVM offers the most complete instruction packages in the model jet industry, we realize you may still have questions about a product, and we will answer them.
Here are some of the BVM people who will help you:
Administrative manager, Patty Generali, accepts many of your calls and is most gracious in directing your inquiry to the right person.
Casey Sanders is a 12 year employee at BVM and he oversees the manufacture and repair of all of BVM's landing gear systems.
Don Smith is an 21 year employee who designs our mechanical products and directs production and quality control.
The Airframe design group is directed by Dustin Buescher.
Known as "BVM Sparky", Chuck McClellan is our resident expert on the Electric VioFan and all associated products.
For over 23 years, Hien Nguyen has managed BVM's composite tooling and production shop. Replacement parts are still available for many of the kits that BVM produced during that period. Certainly, parts for current airframes and products produced in the previous 10 years can be made to order. E-Mail for Services We can handle some customer service items by e-mail. Your inquiry should be direct about a specific BVM product that you have in your possession. Questions that can be handled with a sentence or two response will be answered.
